On Maturity and Sensitivity

While not seeking to redress, specifically, any people known closely, what does one do when he wants to express a matter that may not go well with the situation.

a) Don't say a thing
b) Say it bluntly; don't care
c) Make a joke
d) Say it subtly

Option (a) and (c) are hard for me, given my nature.

Option (b) is a surgical fix, at best. While one is severing ties, one may believe that one is only severing unwanted ties. One is leveraging a change in opinion at the cost of one's relationships.

Option (d) is perhaps what babas with ex years of meditative experiences can do.

But one must always seek option (d).

Because when babas are rhetorical, they are great. When mortals are sarcastic, they are goners.
